By accessing or using Chronicle ("the Service") operated by Professional Commercial Solutions LLC ("PCS LLC", "we", "our", or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
2Description of Service
Chronicle is an AI-powered sermon management platform that provides audio transcription, sermon analysis, study guide generation, and related tools for pastors, teachers, and students of the Bible. The Service is available through various subscription tiers with different features and limits.
3User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for:
- •Safeguarding your password and account credentials
- •All activities that occur under your account
- •Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use
4Subscriptions & Payments
Our Service offers subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing:
- •You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis
- •Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
- •Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion
- •We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice
5Content Ownership
Your Content
You retain all rights to the sermon audio, transcripts, and notes you upload to the Service. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content for the purpose of providing our services.
AI-Generated Content
Summaries, analyses, and other content generated by our AI tools based on your sermons are provided for your use. You may use this generated content freely for your ministry purposes.
6Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- •Upload content that violates any law or infringes on others' rights
- •Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- •Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- •Interfere with or disrupt the Service
- •Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
7Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PCS LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be theologically accurate or suitable for all purposes. Users should review all AI-generated content before use in ministry settings.
9Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may export your data before account termination.
10Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
